QCY HT10 vs QCY HT07: Review

Fit, Comfort & Design

Comfort is subjective, but in my experience, the HT10 felt slightly more pleasant for extended listening sessions.

The HT07 isn’t uncomfortable by any means, but those with smaller ears may prefer the HT10’s sleeker, lower-profile design.

QCY HT10

Both have touch controls on the buds for convenient access to music, call, and ANC functions. The control schemes are similar and fairly intuitive on both models.

Bluetooth Connectivity

  • QCY HT10: Bluetooth 5.3
  • QCY HT07: Bluetooth 5.2

Both earbuds provided reliable Bluetooth connections during my testing, but I was especially impressed with the newer Bluetooth 5.3 in the HT10.

Pairing was quick and painless, and I didn’t experience any annoying drops or interference at normal ranges. The HT07’s Bluetooth 5.2 was no slouch either – just expect slightly less range and stability compared to the HT10.

Both buds are compatible with the QCY app for customizing settings and updating firmware.

Noise Cancellation

  • QCY HT10: Adaptive hybrid ANC
  • QCY HT07: 40dB ANC

In my opinion, the HT07 offers slightly better active noise cancellation performance, though both do an admirable job at blocking out unwanted low-frequency background noise.

The HT07’s ANC seems especially effective at diminishing the rumble of buses and trains.

QCY HT07

The HT10’s adaptive ANC is a nice feature though, automatically adjusting the level of noise cancellation based on your surroundings.

This worked well in my tests and is something you won’t find in most buds at this price point.

Sound Quality

To my ears, both the HT10 and HT07 sound great for earbuds under $100.

The HT10 has a more balanced, neutral sound signature that I found worked well for a variety of music genres. You can adjust the EQ to your liking in the QCY app.

The HT07 places more emphasis on the low-end, producing powerful, head-thumping bass that should appeal to EDM and hip-hop fans.

QCY HT10 vs HT07

The bass doesn’t overpower the mids and highs though – vocals still sound clear and detailed. The HT07 also gets a bit louder than the HT10, which could be a factor if you like cranking the volume.

You really can’t go wrong with either model here. Let your preferred music genres and sound signature be the deciding factor.

Microphone Quality

I tested the microphone quality on both models and found them serviceable for phone calls and video chats.

Background noise rejection was decent, though not exceptionally better than other buds in this class. Callers said my voice came through clear and easily understandable.

QCY HT10 vs HT07

For critical business calls, you’ll still want to use a dedicated headset or standalone microphone, but for the occasional chat, both the HT10 and HT07 will get the job done.

Battery Life

  • QCY HT10: ~5 hours continuous playback (ANC off)
  • QCY HT07: ~8 hours continuous playback (ANC off)

The HT07 is the clear winner when it comes to battery life, nearly doubling the 5 hour playtime of the HT10. Of course, this will vary based on your listening volume.

Enabling ANC will also decrease battery life on both models. For most users, the HT07 should easily last a full work day, while the HT10 may require a quick recharge after a few hours.

Pricing

  • QCY HT10: ~$50
  • QCY HT07: ~$30

The HT07 presents a very compelling value at around 150 Rs. You’d be hard-pressed to find better ANC earbuds with such impressive sound at that price.

However, for a small premium, the HT10 gives you better overall build quality, newer Bluetooth 5.3, a companion app with more features, and what I consider a more refined, balanced listening experience.

Final Thoughts

If I could only choose one, I’d probably go with the QCY HT10 for its fantastic sound, build quality, and features.

That said, the QCY HT07 remains an excellent pick for bass lovers on a tighter budget. You really can’t go wrong either way – both deliver incredible performance and value for the money.

I hope this comparison has helped you decide which QCY earbuds are right for you! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask in the comments. I’ll do my best to help out.
