Fitnexa has unveiled an exciting new sleep-focused wearable at IFA 2026, and it’s called DUVA ONE.
This innovative device takes a fresh approach to sleep tracking by integrating biometric monitoring, active noise cancellation, and bedroom surveillance to pinpoint any potential disruptions to your sleep and tackle them as they happen.
Instead of just providing a sleep score the next day, DUVA ONE is all about identifying what might be interrupting your slumber and adjusting its responses in real time.
This launch also introduces DUVA, Fitnexa’s brand-new sleep technology line.

Tracking both the sleeper and the bedroom
DUVA ONE uses compact earbuds to monitor several sleep-related metrics, including heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), movement and estimated sleep stages.
The charging dock adds another layer of information by monitoring the bedroom environment. It measures ambient noise levels, light, temperature and humidity, allowing the system to compare changes in the environment with the wearer’s biometric data.
For example, if a sudden increase in noise is followed by movement or a change in heart rate, the system can potentially identify a connection between the two. Fitnexa says DUVA ONE can then adjust its active noise cancellation or change the audio being played through the earbuds.
That real-time response is arguably the most interesting part of the concept. Most sleep trackers focus on reporting what happened overnight. DUVA ONE is attempting to use that information while the person is still asleep.
The earbuds can also provide relaxation sounds and guided audio, while a Snore Response Mode is designed to react when snoring is detected.
The charging case doubles as a bedroom sensor
The DUVA ONE case is more than a place to recharge the earbuds. Its built-in sensors monitor the surrounding environment throughout the night.
Privacy is an obvious concern when a device next to the bed is monitoring sound. Fitnexa says the dock does not record, store or transmit actual ambient audio. Instead, it only measures sound levels. The company also says users can disable environmental monitoring and delete collected data.
For noise reduction, the earbuds combine passive isolation with active noise cancellation, with Fitnexa claiming up to 42dB of noise reduction. The system can automatically adjust noise cancellation depending on the conditions detected during the night.
Small enough for side sleepers
Comfort is particularly important for sleep earbuds, and Fitnexa has kept DUVA ONE relatively compact. Each earbud weighs around 3.3 grams and measures 9.9mm at its thickest point.
The earbuds are designed with side sleepers in mind and come with two ergonomic ear-tip designs, along with multiple tip and wing sizes to help users find a secure fit.
Battery life is rated at around 15 to 16 hours per charge, which should be enough for a full night’s sleep. The charging case can provide up to five additional charges.
There is also a built-in in-ear alarm that gradually wakes the wearer through the earbuds instead of playing an alarm across the bedroom. That could be useful for couples who keep different schedules.
DUVA ONE launches in October
Fitnexa says DUVA ONE is expected to launch in October 2026 with a target price of $349.99. Availability is planned for the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia.
The company is positioning DUVA ONE as a sleep technology product rather than a medical device, so its sleep-stage measurements should be treated as estimates rather than clinical assessments.
