Edifier is expanding its lineup of open-fit audio devices with the launch of the Auro Clip, a pair of ear-clip style true wireless earbuds designed for comfort, style, and smart functionality.
A Design That Stands Out
Unlike traditional earbuds that sit inside the ear canal, the Auro Clip uses an ergonomic C-shaped clip that rests around the ear.
A 0.5 mm nickel-titanium memory wire helps it hold its shape after repeated use, while the lightweight build — just 5.8 grams per earpiece — aims to keep fatigue to a minimum.
Edifier has leaned into a premium look here. The earbuds use a polished electroplated finish with asymmetrical styling, giving them almost a jewelry-like aesthetic. Buyers can choose from four colors: Silver, Gold, Brown, and Purple.
Audio Tech Focused on Clarity and Comfort
Inside each earbud is a 12 mm PU + LCP composite diaphragm paired with a copper-clad aluminum voice coil. Bass performance is boosted via BassTurbo, and Edifier’s dual-chamber acoustic design helps deliver a cleaner, fuller sound.
Because open-ear buds can leak audio, Edifier uses DPW directional sound tech to guide sound directly toward the listener — a small but important detail for commuters and office environments.
AI Translation and Bluetooth 6.1
One of the standout features is real-time AI translation, supporting 21 languages — positioning the Auro Clip as a travel-friendly companion.
Connectivity also gets a future-proof upgrade. With Bluetooth 6.1, users can expect stronger wireless stability and lower latency.
A low-lag gaming mode reduces delay to just 0.08 seconds, which should appease mobile gamers and video watchers.
Long Battery Life and Smart Convenience Features
Edifier claims up to 35 hours of total playback on a full charge. For quick top-ups, 15 minutes of charging provides around 3.5 hours of listening time.
