Anker has officially unveiled the Soundcore Sleep A30 in the United States, priced at $230. The device had previously been offered through a crowdfunding campaign, but this marks its first general retail release. Global availability is still to be confirmed.
Designed for side sleepers, now with snore detection
The Sleep A30 builds on the foundation of its predecessor, the Sleep A20, which gained traction for its comfort-focused design and built-in sleep tracking. Its low-profile fit meant side sleepers could wear it in place of traditional earplugs.
Anker has retained that ergonomic design but added a major new feature: snore detection. According to the company, the earbuds can identify snoring in real time with 93 percent accuracy. Once detected, the A30 generates a masking sound tailored to the snore’s frequency, volume and pattern. The aim is to reduce sleep interruptions without waking the wearer.
Smart ANC joins the mix
Another addition is Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) of up to 30 decibels. This makes the A30 the world’s first pair of smart ANC sleep earbuds, combining sleep-centric functionality with everyday noise reduction. Whether it’s traffic, household noise or a partner’s movements, the A30 is designed to help block it out.

Battery performance is also solid. Users can expect up to 9 hours on a single charge with ANC enabled. Paired with the charging case, total listening time extends to 45 hours — enough to cover multiple nights before a recharge is needed.
Blurring the line between sleep aid and everyday earbuds
With features like adaptive sound masking, snore detection and ANC, the A30 is pitched at those seeking both quiet sleep and general listening functionality. Unlike traditional sleep earbuds, they can double as a standard set of true wireless earphones during the day.
For now, the Soundcore Sleep A30 is only confirmed for the US market. Anker has yet to provide details on international rollout.
