Victor HA-A30T3 Earbuds Add Hybrid ANC and 10mm Drivers

Victor has unveiled its latest wireless earbuds in Japan, with a range of improvements over the previous model.

The HA-A30T3 features 10mm drivers, hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) and Bluetooth 6.0, while weighing only 3.9g per earbud.

It replaces the HA-A30T2, which launched in 2024. Victor has updated the design, made the earbuds lighter and extended battery life.

The new model also gets a notable driver upgrade, moving from 6mm to 10mm.

Victor HA-A30T3 Gets Lighter Design and Larger Drivers

Each HA-A30T3 earbud weighs approximately 3.9g, down from 4.5g on the earlier model.

That reduction should make them more comfortable, especially when worn for extended periods.

Victor has reshaped the earbud housing and made the sound nozzle shorter.

The revised design sits closer to the ear instead of protruding as much, and the company says it should also help the earbuds stay in place while users operate the touch controls.

Another change is the move from 6mm drivers in the HA-A30T2 to 10mm drivers in the new model.

Larger drivers can contribute to punchier bass and a fuller sound, but the overall tuning will still determine how they actually sound.

Hybrid ANC and Bluetooth 6.0 Support

The new earbuds also add active noise cancellation. Their hybrid ANC system uses two microphones to detect surrounding sounds and help reduce them.

This can make music easier to enjoy in noisy settings, from the office or public transport to busy streets.

There are five sound profiles to choose from, including Bass, Clear and Vocal, giving listeners a few ways to tailor the sound to their taste.

The HA-A30T3 supports Bluetooth 6.0 and multipoint pairing, so it can stay connected to two devices at once. Switching between a phone and laptop should be straightforward.

For video and gaming, a low-latency mode helps keep sound aligned with the action on screen.

Battery Life and Charging

The HA-A30T3 offers up to nine hours of playback per charge with ANC switched off. With the charging case, that rises to about 24.5 hours in total.

Using ANC reduces playback time to seven hours on a charge, with up to 19 hours available when you include the case.

There’s also quick charging. Just 10 minutes of charging provides up to 75 minutes of listening with noise cancellation disabled.

An IPX4 rating means the earbuds are protected against water splashes, making them a good fit for everyday use.

Price and Availability

The HA-A30T3 will come in five colors, including teal green and brushed pink, with sales in Japan scheduled to begin in mid-November 2026.

Victor HA-A30T3 Earbuds

Victor has set the suggested price at ¥11,000 (approximately $70). JVC Kenwood has yet to confirm whether the earbuds will launch outside Japan.

A lighter design, bigger drivers and hybrid ANC give the HA-A30T3 a handful of worthwhile upgrades over the previous model.

How much the new 10mm drivers improve sound quality is still unclear, but the combination of features and approachable price makes it a noteworthy addition to Victor’s wireless earbud range.
